Valuable and educational retreat Schiermonnikoog
On Thursday, January 19, a large group of clinicians and researchers from the center of expertise embarked on the trip to Schiermonnikoog. During two days we met to brainstorm, discuss and inspire each other on the subject of (personal) leadership.
Researchers presented about their project and issues they encountered, after which the group could advise them on this. To relax, there was a bike ride through the dunes, a breath of fresh air on the beach and delicious meals were served. During the workshop on personal leadership, we visualized our ideal future and mood boards were created to make this tangible. We have thought together about leadership within/from the expertisecentre and which steps we will take in the near future. In addition, these days were an excellent opportunity to get to know each other better.
The fresh island air in combination with a enthousiast group ensured that many new ideas were realized. We are curious what beautiful projects will result from this!
