Stofwissel Tour 2016: 120,000 euros for research

The Stofwissel Tour 2016 was a great success. This 3-day cycling event raised 120,000 euros for scientific research on metabolic diseases.

Every year the Stofwisselkracht foundation organises the Stoffwissel Tour, a fundraising event for research on metabolic diseases. While cycling through the Netherlands, the participants collected a total sum of 120,000 euros. Tom de Koning, a paediatrician from the UMCG and a specialist in metabolic diseases, did also participate.
