Rodi Zutt won the Dutch Movement Disorders Award
On February 2, Rodi Zutt won the Annual Movement Disorders Award. This is a Dutch award for the best scientific paper in the field of movement disorders.
Zutt won the award for her article ‘A novel diagnostic approach to patients with myoclonus’, which was published in 2015 in Nature Review Neurology. In this review article, the authors described a diagnostic algorithm that can be used to easily and accurately diagnose myoclonus. The price-giving ceremony was at the annual symposium of the Dutch Working Group for Movement Disorders, part of the Dutch Neurology Association (NVN). Following the awards ceremony, Zutt gave a short lecture in which she presented her award-winning article.
